If you haven't noticed, I'm on vacation, and I'm taking advantage of the wonderful notecards that land owners send to me regarding their sims. Today's LM of the Day comes from Kristofer Tenk.
The Realm of Skinrad is a completely authentic medieval sim. Meaning Skinrad is straight out of the history books. Every detail that is possible to make authentic, is authentic. There is a tavern for the citizens of Skinrad to spend their time, and many positions open in the realm for people to role play day to day life, as it was lived in 15th Century England.
Upcoming events include a masque ball and a major tournament. More later but these are the upcoming things. However we must have people to roleplay all roles in medieval life. From the gravedigger, to the knights. As of now there are only a couple of positions filled. So there are still lot's of roles available.
Skinrad has it's own combat system, made completely by the owners of the sim from the base up. It's more for roleplay than for combat. With an in realm money system that is independant of L$.
There are a lot of updates for the combat/roleplay system coming and quickly. However the backbone of Skinrad is the roleplay. We are here for multiple reasons. 1. to have fun 2. to educate about medieval England 3. did i mention to have fun?
Point being, we created Skinrad to be a home, not to make money. With that being said, there is a market for people to rent a small building to sell their own wares. The rates are negotiable, and it is only partially automated... Meaning if you discuss with us any questions or concerns you have, we are more than willing to consider options.
Support is almost always readily available. Feel free to voice concerns / opinions / and questions to either Kristofer Tenk, or Silvex Dagger (the Prince Consort and Queen, respectively)
I would invite all to come see it, there is really more here than I can begin to place in a simple notecard.
Cheers,
His Royal Highness,
Prince Consort of Skinrad,
Kristofer Tenk
